The Lagos State government has announced the death of a 32-year-old from COVID-19.
The deceased, according to the state Commissioner for Health, Prof. Akin Abayomi, was a Dubai returnee, the death made it the 32nd recorded in the state as a result of the marauding virus.
Abayomi tweeted: “The deceased recently returned from Dubai with severe underlying health condition, following evacuation of Nigerians in foreign countries by @DigiCommsNG.”
