A man whose estranged wife dragged to court to seek divorce, has blamed the founder of the church where he was a pastor for his collapsing marriage.
Mrs. Roseline Arowosola is asking Grade C Customary Court, Mapo, Ibadan, Oyo State to separate her and her husband, Pastor Gbadebo Arowosola accusing the defendant of being troublesome and uncaring.

She added that the holy spirit informed her to seek for divorce.
Disagreeing with his wife’s plead, the defendant alleged that the church the couple used to attend was responsible for their marriage trouble, adding that the holy spirit warned him not to divorce.
Speaking, ” The pastor of the church we met was responsible for the problem in our marriage and my wife saw it coming but i didn’t.
“The founder of our former church where I served as pastor and also met and married my wife wanted me to stay under him forever and started working against our marriage when I heeded God’s call to leave his church.”
The court president, Chief Agbaje Olasunkanmi adjourned the case till April 26, adding that he expected them to settle their differences before then.
