Former Super Eagles captain Austin Okocha is in troubled waters following his arraignment for money laundering before a Scottish court.

Okocha on Friday appeared in a private Aberdeen Sheriff Court to face a one count charge bordering on alleged acquisition, use and possession of criminal property including concealing, disguising, converting and transferring criminal property which happened in the north-east of Scotland in 2015.
The ex-international, according to reports, was in a white trainers with smart black trousers, a white shirt and suit jacket on top of a puffer jacket in the court and made no plead, adding that he was granted bail.
Report said the ex-Fenerbahce, PSG, Bolton Wanderers and Hull City attacking midfielder had under the investigation of the Scottish police alongside five others since 2015.
