Suh, according to some employees of the South Korea-owned multinational company, who spoke to us on condition of anonymity, is subjecting staff to abuse and other inappropriate behaviours that are most times are racial, intimidation and threat.
They said he was posted to Nigeria from Senegal about five months ago after he was disgraced out of the French colony for alleged racism and contravening the country’s labour law.
Since the new MD took the rein of the Nigeria’s branch of the electronic and smart phone giant, sources said staff and distributors have been at the receiving end on account of his alleged bad attitude.
The paper was told that Suh instigated the sack of many staff while not few left out of their own volition to escape his “aggressiveness’’.
“Suh fired lot of staff for no other reasons aside the fact that they are blacks. He is so arrogant and intimidating and tells people to their faces that he doesn’t like them. People are working under fear and psychological trauma that emanates from sack threat he issues regularly,” sources alleged.
