(Photo) Senator’s son survives after crashing car while avoiding goat

Chief Ponfa Useni, son of former FCT Minister and one-time Senator, Jeremiah Useni, has escaped death by a whisker in a crash caused by a goat in Plateau State where the family hail from on Sunday.

It was gathered that the 43 year-old was returning from a coronation ceremony, which he attended on behalf of his father at Ibbi Local government area of Taraba state on Saturday and had spent a night at Langtang.

He was reportedly on his way to Jos when the incident happened.

The Junior Useni, according to report, was driving along Pankshin local government area of the state when a stray goat wandered onto the road and while dodging it, his car crashed.

Ponfa who was the only surviving son of the Senator Useni escaped with injuries to his right hand.

Recall that the Senior Useni recently declared his intention to unseat vie for the State governorship election in 2019.
