Late Raliat was a divorcee, and worshipped at Holy Gathering Evangelical Church of God, Papalanto, pastored by Ipense.

Both were said to be secret lovers, and on March 21, Raliat went missing.

Discreet investigation, however, revealed that the last person the 35-year-old hairdresser had contact with was Ipense, leading police to arrest the pastor and his pastor colleague, who were paraded on Tuesday at the Ogun State Police Command.

They were said to have killed Raliat, decapitated her remains and buried it at Ipense’s church at Papalanto in apparent ritual act.

Commissioner for Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, who supervised the exhumation of the decapitated body of the victim in the church located in the bush, said the suspect and his accomplice were arrested last week Monday.
