A medical practitioner, Olagunju Adesola said to cause the death of an official of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Samuel Abolusoro last Wednesday in Akure, the Ondo State capital has been arraigned.

Adesola, who was charged with murder was yesterday arraigned before an Ondo Magistrates Court.
The accused was driving a Toyota Matrix at FUTA area in Akure and allegedly rammed it into Abolusoro, who was at work on the lookout for traffic offenders with his colleagues.
The doctor in the charge sheet was also alleged of driving dangerously.
He however, pleaded not guilty when the one-count charge was read to him in court.
Subsequently, his lawyer’s plea for bail was granted by the Presiding Judge, Magistrate: G. O. Awodeyi, who granted bail in the sum of N1m with one surety in like sum, and adjourned the case till February 1, 2018.
