A man has returned his wife two days after wedding for being troublesome and wicked to him.
The woman said she was heavily pregnant when her husband returned her saying that she would come and take her back after delivery.
Mrs. Temitope Abodunrin said that her husband left her in her parent’s house for so long, that her parents became worried.
The 48 year-old woman who has three year –old boy to show for the marriage said that what was really bad about her husband’s character was that he didn’t take care of her, and comes to her parents’ house to beat her.
Temitope said that her husband beats her to coma, and she urged the court to dissolve their marriage, because his love has removed from his mind.
In his defence, Saheed Abodunrin denied the allegation and said that the court should continue to dissolve the marriage.
The 32 year –old man said that the woman is troublesome and is not ready to take care of him.
He told Igando customary court that his wife said that the room they lived is too small, and that she can’t continue to live there again. She said that she would rather live with her mother.

Having listened to both couple, the court president, Mr. R.T. Adeayemi adjourned the case till April 4, 2013 for further hearing.
