Man cuts off wife’s arms for not getting pregnant

A man has attempted to kill his wife, cutting off her arms, and macheted her head for not getting pregnant 7 years into their marriage.kenya 2

The husband from hell, 34-year-old Stephen Ngila Thenge(pictured right), attacked his wife, Jackline Mwende, 27, with a machete on July 24, at Machakos County in Kenya. She lost both arms and has serious injury to the head in the vile attack.

According to reports, Stephen was arrested on July 25 after he fled his home, and has been charged with attempted murder.

Prior to the attack, it was said the couple had separated for about three months.

“I could not understand why he was blaming me yet we had gone to hospital last year and the doctors had said he was the one with issues, which could be corrected.kenya 3

“He moved out of our house three months ago and came back on Sunday (July 24) at around 8.30pm. When I opened the door, he said, ‘Today is your last day’ and started slashing me with the panga,” Jackline Mwende told Kenyan newspaper, Daily Nation.
