Lecturer Killed by gunmen

A senior lecturer with Ken Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Dr. Vincent Eebe, has been shot to death by unknown gunmen on Thursday.

The late Dr. Eebe was the Director of Industrial Training of Ken Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori, and also doubled as a politician.

An avowed All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain, Dr. Eebe(pictured with wife) was trailed by his assailants from his office on his way to his house in Port Harcourt and shot dead along Bua-Yeghe in Gokana Local Government while trying to escape after he discovered he was being trailed. dr 2

The incident happened around 4.00pm.

Sources said Dr. Eebe parked his car in the middle of the road, and fled but his assailants caught him up and killed him with bullets fired in his direction.
