Report has emerged that the Army Captain believed to have ordered the killings of three policemen in the line of duty by soldiers while arresting millionaire kidnapper, Hamisu Wadume, and the suspect had one hundred and nine phone calls and chats between them.

This startling revelation was uncovered following investigation being carried out by the police, which revealed that the exchange was within a space of a month, precisely between July 9, 2019 and August 6, 2019.
The discovery corroborated earlier reports that the captain, whose identity is wrapped in secrecy was gifted a car by Wadume who was known in Ibi community area of Taraba State where he hails from of being a Robin Hood, robbing the rich by way of kidnapping and sharing the dirty money to poor Ibi residents in whatever forms.
Meanwhile the police authorities have rubbished report making the rounds that two of its officers at Wukari Station allegedly linked to the murder of their colleagues by the soldiers have been arrested.
Rather, the captain and four others including soldiers who pulled the trigger, according to Spokesman of the force, Frank Mba are in the custody at the Police Headquarters in Abuja where they are being grilled.
Information gleaned from several sources familiar with the situation, said more than 20 vehicles in the fleet of Wadume’s transport company, including the private cars he gave out to his allies and kinsmen, have been impounded and taken to the Wukari police station.
