Friends mourn LASPOTECH student who killed herself

A student of Lagos State Polytechnic, Damilola Adegoke, killed herself on Tuesday in Masasa area of Lagos where she lived with her mother simply identified as Iya Ibeji.

The deceased, who was in ND 1 and was studying Business Administration reportedly drank insecticide, sniper.

The suicide of the 22-year-old has left her friends devastated as some took to the Facebook to express their shock at the news and mourn her.

One Hoola Badmus wrote: “No amount of problem worth taking your own life , she was hardworking and highly dedicated but only her knows her personal pains and challenges, maybe she shared and you and I couldnt help her out …….. in fact nothing justify eating a poison, well farewell Damilola Adegoke we will remember you forever. — feeling sad.”

Another Facebook user, Okoye Nwachukwu Chukwurah, posted, “It so painful Dani why? I was wit u some days ago BT now cat c u again rip.”

In the post of Okonofua Peacebewithme David, “Are gugs saying dat Damilola Adegoke kil her self. Plss somebody should wake me up,” while Rukayat Omoyeni wrote, “O My God wat happen to her sum one that i saw last three weeks in d skul premises.”
