The deceased, Anuoluwapo Bisade-Philips, Shalom Etiubon, Temidayo Oyebade, and Nike(all pictured), died on Friday on their way to the annual youth convention of the church, which took place on Saturday at the Ajebo camp of the church on the Lagos/Ibadan Expressway.

The car they were in was involved in an accident caused by a trailer on the bridge that links Ojota to Seven Up Bus Stop.

And dozens of sympathisers have taken to the facebook page of Foursquare Gospel Church Alaka, to grieve their death.

“Everything that happens was already determined long ago, and we all know that you cannot argue with someone who is stronger than you are. The longer you argue, the more useless it is, and you are no better off.
How can anyone know what is best for us in this short, useless life of ours — a life that passes like a shadow? How can we know what will happen in the world after we die? I celebrate, this day, the lives of my dear friends – brother and sisters. Temidayo omo Oyebade, an embodiment of multiple talents, my friend and brother. You were such a unique being and I looked up to you for awesome ideas. There were a lot you left unimplemented. Oluwashalom, my darling baby girl. An epitome of a beautiful heart. Strong beautiful and loving. We can’t finish our gist anymore. Omonike, aburo mi owon. Skillful, talented, beautiful and intelligent young lady. A lot could not be done,” a sympathiser, Anuoluwapo Adeola Sijuade wrote.
