Housewives injured each other in fight over lover

Two housewives in Lagos have caused each other bodily harm after getting into a fight over a man they are both not married to.

The story of the fight between the two apparent love rivals, simply identified as Muyibat and Biliki, was published by Punch.

The paper reports that the two women emptied a kettle of hot water on each other during the brawl, which occurred at their residence in the Yaba area of Lagos State.

It said they came to blows, apparently over a man(not named) that left one of them for the other.
The report said 32-year-old Biliki and Muyibat, 29, got into a row on Saturday over allegation by Biliki that Muyibat was dating her former boyfriend, which had caused bad blood between them over time.

It was reported that they both sustained burns after they poured hot water on each other during the fight and were both admitted to a general hospital in the state.
