Fayose’s aide, Foluke Daramola’s husband in war of words over Moji Olaiya’s burial

Special Assistant to Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, and actress Foluke Daramola’s husband, Olukayode Salako, are exchanging barbs.

The busty actress’ hubby, and Founder Coordinator of Change Agents of Nigeria Network (CANN), fired the first salvo when he said of Gov. Fayose in social media post , “WHEN SUCH A MAN OF CRUDE, DIRTY CHARACTER AND ORIENTATION IS IN CHARGE OF LEADERSHIP AND POWER.”

Salako hauled verbal attack at Gov. Fayo following report that the governor snubbed the burial committee for late Ekiti-born actress, Moji Olaiya.

Replying Salako in a statement he released to deny report that Gov. Fayose snubbed the burial committee, Olayinka hit out at him(Salako).

The statement reads in part, “it is totally irresponsible on the part of the said Olukayode Salako, who is said to be the husband of Actress Foluke Daramola to have taken to the online media to disparage the person of the governor when even family members and genuine friends of the deceased are mourning her and seeking means of according her a befitting burial.”

Continued: “It therefore beats our imagination that certain character like Olukayode Salako could take to the online media to make derogatory comments on the governor, purportedly on behalf of the family.

“While we condole with the Olaiya family of Ijesha Isu Ekiti, Moji Olaiya’s friends, fans and colleagues in the movie industry, we wish to advise that the family should saddle only responsible people with the task of according their daughter a befitting burial.”
