“I don’t want anybody to worry about me” – Baba Suwe

Comic actor Babatunde Omidina aka Baba Suwe has said that the report of his sickness was “a very old story”, adding that no one should worry about him.

Producer/actor Yomi Fabiyi earlier in the week in an Instagram post, the media feasted on, said Baba Suwe is sick, claiming the veteran actor blamed his ill-health on National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) alleging that operatives of the agency tortured him while in detention on suspicion of drug trafficking in 2011.

But Baba Suwe has reportedly denied Yomi Fabiyi’s claim in a telephone conversation with Thenetng.

He said:”My health is perfectly fine, I don’t want anybody to worry about me, a lot of people have been calling me about the issue all day. What Yomi put out is a very old story. I don’t want to talk about the issue any more please ignore it.”
