Uchechi Kanu, wife of Biafra protagonist, and Radio Biafra’s director, Nnamdi Kanu, says she is unsure about the circumstances of her husband saying “I don’t know where my husband is, whether he is dead or alive, I don’t know.”

The mother-of-one stated this in an interview with BBC Igbo Service monitored by our correspondent.
She also told the federal government in another interview she granted the Yoruba Service of the radio station to produce her husband or risk a mass boycott of next year’s election.
According to her: “Where is he? You need to provide him, at least tell us where he is. You need to at least do something before you run an election, otherwise we’re not going to vote.”
