The death of a Divisional Crime Officer (DCO) in Akwanga, Nasarawa State police command, DSP Francis Onugha, has been dogged by controversy.
Onugha was found dead in a situation suggesting he died after a sex romp with a lady but the circumstances surrounding his death is in dispute.
The sex romp angle has however, gained traction.
It was reported that Onugha was found naked in his bedroom on Sunday at the police barrack after he had sex with a lady who sneaked out when she discovered he was dead.
“He used to wake up very early and go round duty posts to supervise police officers on duty, but that early Sunday, he couldn’t come out; we suspected something must be wrong, so when we rushed in we found him dead” The Nation quoted a source as saying.
