Wife of Ayo Oke, suspended Director General of the Nigeria Intelligence Agency, NIA, will be quizzed by the committee constituted by President Muhammadu Buhari to probe N13bn recovered from Apartment 7B in Osborne Towers, Ikoyi.

The three-man committee headed by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, and made up of the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice as well as the National Security Adviser will probe alleged violations of law and due process in the award of contracts under the Presidential Initiative on the North East (PINE) levelled against suspended SG, Babachir Lawal, and that of N13bn found in Ikoyi flat.
Mrs. Oke was caught in the web of the N13bn, alleged to be NIA’s money following allegation that her company acquired the apartment for the security agency.
OrijoReporter gathered that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has invited her.
Meanwhile the suspended DG, Mr. Oke, reportedly wept at the Villa on Wednesday where he went to see Vice-President Professor Yomi Osinbajo.
Report said the suspended DG was expected to proceed on pre-retirement leave from August as his tenure end in November, and he will soon be 60.
