AGAGU’S SON SURVIVES PLANE CRASH, POPULAR UNDERTAKER TUNJI OKUSANYA, SON DIE

Widow of late Ondo State Governor Olusegun Agagu, Funke Agagu was not involved in the Associated Airline crash which occurred in Lagos this morning.

But her son, Feyi Agagu who was one of the 20 passengers in the Brazilian made chartered flight with registration number 5nbjy that was conveying the body of his late father from Lagos to Akure for the commencement of the state burial organized by Ondo Sate Government escaped death by a whisker.

Three others were also lucky.

However sixteen others were not that lucky including popular undertaker, MIC’s boss Tunji Okusanya and his son. Another person that suffered similar fate was Ondo State Commissioner for Tourism, Former Finance Minister Chief Olu Falae’s son, Deji Falae

The National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, has confirmed that 16 people were killed in the crash, and four survived.

Associated Airlines is owned by one Mr. Oremule, an indigene of Ondo State.
