Adekunle Gold’s father appointed Lagos Ministry Perm Sec

Singer, Adekunle Gold’s father, Adeyemi Kosoko, has been appointed a permanent secretary in one of Lagos ministries by the state governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode.

Kosoko’s appointment with six others, equally as permanent secretaries was contained in a statement released by Ambode’s Chief Press Secretary, Habib Aruna in which the announcement of Mr Hakeem Muri-Okunola as the new Head of Service in the state was headlined.

Okunola replaced Mrs Folasade Adesoye, who retired on December 27, 2018, after 35 years of public service.

Until his new appointment, Muri-Okunola was the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Social Development.

He had previously served as the Executive Secretary, Land Use and Allocation Committee between 2005 and 2011.
