23-year-old Yeye Lekan was on the field at the Bosso Campus of the school when he slumped and was rushed to the campus clinic where he died.

His bereaved colleagues blamed the clinic for his death, and went on rampage vandalising it, the school libraries, lecture rooms, a female hostel and a microfinance bank.

However, three students were caught helping themselves to some of the school’s property. They were initially under arrest at the school security office before being transferred to a police station near the school.

The deceased(pictured) was a student of the Department of Chemistry Education, School of Science and Technology Education, SSTF), and hailed from Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State.
